Woodbine Ecology Center is proud to be hosting a talk from Eric Toensmeier, renowned author and agroforestry expert, on his new book The Carbon Farming Solution on Wednesday, March 16th from 5:30-8pm, and you're invited!
This talk will be the only opportunity in Colorado to hear from this ground breaking thinker and author on how we can fight climate change while addressing food and nutritional insecurity, water contamination, and soil biodiversity by sequestering carbon from the atmosphere through better agricultural and land use practices. Eric will give a live virtual presentation and host Q&A with the audience from his home in Massachusetts. He will be joined by an in-person panel of local climate and ecology experts including permaculturalist Jason Gerhardt, climate justice leader Michelle Gabrieloff-Parish, and environmental scientist Tiffany Lovato for what promises to be an engaging and eye-opening discussion.
We only have room for 50 people at this event, so make sure you register today!
Plus we'll be giving away a FREE, signed copy of The Carbon Farming Solution as a door prize to one lucky attendee, and you'll also have the chance to purchase signed copies, so you won't want to miss out!
