It’s All About the Worms

Registration is closed for this event
Explore the world of worms. Worms make up a huge component of delicious healthy soils.

Come help us build delicious, happy, healthy soils! We'll be harnessing the power of worms and setting up a vermicomposting (fancy word for composting with worms) mound system. You'll learn how to build a cost-effective vermicompost system to enrich your soil and increase the vitality of all your plant relatives. It'll be a fun-filled day and we'll have pizza for lunch with some cool turtles (no really, we have turtles)! Feel free to pitch in some cash for extra pizza pies.

Registration: Preregistration is strongly encouraged so that we can plan ahead. Registration link can be found below.

Instructors/Facilitators: Tiffany Lovato

Meals: We will provide pizza or bring a sack lunch if you want something different.

Cost: This is a volunteer-and-learn workshop. We will accept donations on site to help with costs but no one will be turned away for lack of funds.
